With the holiday season officially in full swing things can get hectic quickly around here.  No one knows this more than the media planners here at Morpheus trying to sure up final ideas for 2009.  So I just wanted to take a moment to thank our very own Vincent Mesolella for taking the time to better our community.

Vincent has been pioneering efforts from here at Morpheus in conjunction with the Food Bank for New York City to raise both donations and nonperishable.  As we all know it is often those who are most deserving that often struggle the most to get the least.  Vincent spent numerous hours working with the partnership here, publishers, and the entire Morpheus family to provide help to those in need during the holidays.

Last Friday NASDAQ honored Vincent and several others for their efforts.  Vincent accompanied by his fellow volunteers and celebrity chef Mario Batali were invited to ring the opening bell for the NASDAQ exchange.

Vincent tells us that though the experience was exciting he hopes that the press coverage will help the Food Bank continue to make gains on the war on hunger.
