You have to get very clear at what level your company is willing to sclale - everything is a tradeoff between max efficiency and max scale.


We built projection tables, and calculated how much efficiency can be sacrificed for scale

  • Most important metric to focus on after you have your see audience is LTV, how much cash can you generate from your seed audience to fuel the top of funnel acquisition and continue to acquire more new customers at profit.
